Designed according to the most modern industrial processes
For filtration, separation, retention and classification of particles in the most diverse industrial processes.
Crepinas
They can be manufactured in various diameters and lengths, with openings, and with various fixing methods. This guarantees great flexibility in adapting the crepina to the most sophisticated processes and project requirements.
The crepinas are highly resistant to collapse pressure and backwashing. This allows the filter media to be cleaned whenever necessary to maintain the reactor.
Static sieves
Spiral filters
Made from V-shaped trapezoidal profiles electro-fused onto properly designed support rods. The diameters available are the standard ones normally used in deep well drilling. They are available from a diameter of 4″ up to a maximum diameter of 18″.
The slot openings are manufactured according to geological requirements and sized according to the prefilter specified, and are available from 0.15 mm.
Spiral filters for artesian wells
Ideal for artesian wells, they offer a larger open area, which allows water to flow in with minimal head loss and lower energy consumption, as well as making well development more efficient and eliminating drilling fluids more quickly. This prevents small minerals from entering the well, preventing premature wear of the motor pump and eliminating pressure losses. Long service life and low maintenance costs. Resistant to stress and pressure variations.
Made of 304L, 316 stainless steel or galvanized steel, classified for use by depth up to 200 meters (Standard); up to 400 meters (Reinforced); up to 650 meters (Super Reinforced); up to 850 meters (Hyper Reinforced) and up to 1500 meters deep (Super Weld).
The slot openings are manufactured according to geological requirements and sized according to the prefilter specified, and are available from 0.10 mm, 0.50 mm to 0.75 mm.
Rotary sieves
Intakes filters
Ideal for collecting surface water such as rivers, lakes and reservoirs, protecting the aquatic environment and preventing the entry of solid particles, while also preserving the useful life of the pumping system’s rotors. However, its use in water intake for industrial processes has increased.
The intake operates by collecting water at a low inlet velocity and with a large open area. Supplied in two models, SIMPLE (S) and DOUBLE (T), these formats guarantee an efficient specification, mainly meeting the need for minimum installation depth and the required flow rate.
